Wills - further information

'Why do I need a Will? Won’t my loved ones get everything anyway'

Not necessarily. A Will is a legal document in which you specify what you would like to happen to your estate.

If you die without a Will, it makes it much harder for your next of kin to sort out your affairs and could mean that, despite your wishes, your loved ones may not receive what you want them to.

By making a Will you can ensure your assets are distributed the way you would want, be it money, property or even a treasured family heirloom.

A Will is the only way that you will be able to dictate who gets a share of your assets, so it really is important to seek advice.
