Pay no Early Repayment Charge on Your Mortgage
From 1st February 2010 if you have an Early Repayment Charge (ERC) on your mortgage we will be giving you an opportunity to repay all or part of your mortgage and have your ERC waived in full.
This could benefit you if you want to:
- Move your mortgage to a new lender in order to take advantage of a more competitive interest rate, the security of a fixed rate deal, or increase your borrowing
- Sell your property and repay the mortgage
- Make a capital repayment to reduce your outstanding balance

Nationalisation of Bradford & Bingley mortgages
Following the nationalisation of the Bradford & Bingley we can no longer offer any new mortgages. Further loans will also no longer be offered unless in an exceptional circumstance, where we deem it necessary to cover essential repairs to the mortgaged property.
