You know what – we can. The Payment Protection Plan is optional and offers a simple way to help meet your loan repayments. It will give you real peace of mind, with the key features being:

• It could cover your Bradford & Bingley loan repayments if you have an accident, become ill or suddenly find yourself unemployed.
• Comes with a ‘Back To Work’ service, which is confidential and independent, allowing you to get expert advice on dealing with redundancy, seeking work, claiming benefits and changing careers.

If you apply Bradford & Bingley will refer you to The Co-operative Bank for personal loans and any associated payment protection business. You will then deal directly with The Co-operative Bank. The Payment Protection Plan is provided by Norwich Union who have been selected by The Co-operative Bank.

There are some situations you will not be able to claim for – these are based on your personal circumstances. The most significant of these are highlighted in the Policy Summary and they are all described in the Certificate of Insurance which you will receive with your application documents.
